Step up to the mic for the Yodeling Contest and let your voice echo through the fest! Inspired by the alpine traditions of Germany and Switzerland, this competition brings big laughs, big cheers, and even bigger “YODEL-AY-HEE-HOOs!”
2:15pm and 5:15pm Both Days
Test your strength and channel your inner Bavarian in the ultimate showdown! The Stein Holding Contest, known as Maßkrugstemmen in Germany, is a time-honored Oktoberfest tradition where competitors hold a full beer stein at arm’s length— our version of the contest does not require a full glass, but that does not mean it's any easier; be prepared as this competition is not as easy as it looks. Prost to the strongest!
3:45pm Both Days
Break out the lederhosen, dirndls, and everything in between—it's time to strut your stuff in the German Outfit Contest! While Bavarian styles shine bright, this fest is open to all German-inspired looks, from classic to creative. Show off your flair and celebrate the rich tapestry of German culture in full color!
4:15pm Both Days
Time to let it all hang out—literally! The Beer Belly Contest celebrates the bold and the belly-ful with laughter, pride, and plenty of cheers. Whether it's natural, nurtured, or just part of the costume, flaunt that festive gut and compete for beer-soaked glory!
6:30pm Both Days
Flap, wiggle, and cluck your way to victory in the Best Chicken Dancer Contest! Whether you're a seasoned squawker or just winging it, this classic Oktoberfest dance-off brings out the best (and silliest) moves. Costumes, flair, and full commitment encouraged—let’s see who rules the roost!
